Three Day Appointed Persons First Aid Course

This course is ideal for businesses such as holiday parks, hotels & shopping centres that may be dealing with the general public and wish to have more than one Appointed Person to deal with first aid emergencies. An Appointed Person is able to take charge of a medical emergency when the situation arises. This three day course is very comprehensive and gives people good first aid skills of the most common problems faced in their place of work.

There will be plenty of hands on practical work such as learning how to do cardiopulmonary resuscitation, place someone in the recovery position, apply a bandage and how to use a burns dressing correctly. All these conditions listed will be informative and teach you the latest methods of treatment given by a first aider. Additional subjects can be added to this course to cover specific needs if necessary.

On completion of the course the certificate is valid for three years.
